Q. What is the process, when I place an order?

When you place your order, you'll receive an automatic order confirmation. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days and you'll receive a shipment confirmation and a tracking number, once your order is shipped. Then you can track your delivery with your tracking number. 

Q. When will you ship my order? 
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your order confirmation. 

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our default shipping method is USPS 2 Day Priority Shipping. But you still have other options during checkout. So your orders will be delivered based on the shipping method you select during checkout. 

Q. What if I want my order to be delivered on a specific date?

No problem. Just put the date on the Notes section during checkout and we'll ship it accordingly. 

Q. Can you deliver to a P.O Box? 
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

Q. Do you have international delivery? 
As of now, we can only deliver to US and Canada.

Q. Do you also have Free Shipping to Canada? 

Unfortunately, we just offer free shipping to continental USA.

Q. Am I going to pay sales tax? 
We are obliged to collect sales tax for some states. Your sales tax will be calculated at the end of your checkout process, just before you confirm your order. 

 

Q. How can I cancel an order? 
We would be sorry to see you change your mind. But if you want to cancel your order, you can send an email to bellaqua@pomegifts.com or call our call center at 1-800-218-1628. We can cancel your order if it is not already shipped. If your order is shipped, then you will need to make a return. 

Q. How can I return an order? 
We want our customers to be happy with their order. If you are not fully satisfied with what you received or if you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for further details. Please send an email to bellaqua@pomegifts.com or call our call center at 1-800-218-1628 to start the return process. 

Q. What do I do if my order arrived damaged? 
We are sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. We will immediately replace your order. We will get back the damaged one and send you a new one. Please send an email to bellaqua@pomegifts.com or call our call center at 800-218-1628 to start the replacement process.

Q. Are the colors/designs exactly the same with the images on the website? 

Our images are shot professionally to ensure we show the exact look of our products. But since monitor qualities change a lot, we can not guarantee the exact tone of colors. 

Q. Can I place custom orders? 
Yes you can. Please contact us for any custom inquiries. We don't have limits for custom orders. Be it gift sets for your bridesmaids, thank you gifts for your clients or unique welcome gifts for your events, just let us know. Contact us at bellaqua@pomegifts.com or 1-800-218-1628.

 

Q. Will the gift sets look like it is pictured on the website? 
The contents of your gift sets will be the same with what you see on our website. Since monitor qualities change a lot, we can not guarantee the exact tone of colors. There might be substitutions for decorative containers, baskets, and packaging details. In rare instances, we reserve the right to replace the contents of gift sets with an equal or higher value item.
